The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details can be found in the "Information on the controller" section.
Your data is collected on the one hand by you communicating it to us (e.g. in a form). Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems (technical data, e.g. browser, OS, time of access).
2. Hosting
Our website is hosted by All-Inkl (Germany). Data processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
3. General and Mandatory Information
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4. Data Collection
Server Log Files: The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
Contact: If you contact us via email or phone, your inquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored for processing.
5. Contact and Demo Forms
Data from contact and demo request forms are processed directly on our servers in Germany (All-Inkl). We do not use third-party providers for form processing. Data is deleted immediately after the inquiry is handled, at the latest after 30 days for demo offers.
6. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). We only transmit necessary data for payment processing. We do not store credit card data.
7. Local Web Fonts
This site uses web fonts hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers takes place.
8. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
9. Cookies and Local Browser Storage
This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics, marketing or third-party services. Fonts, images and scripts are served exclusively from our own server within the European Union — opening the page establishes no connection to third parties.
We store three technically necessary entries in your browser's local storage. They remain on your device, are never transmitted to us or to third parties and contain no personal data: language (your language choice), theme (light or dark mode) and longway_cookie_consent together with longway_consent_date (the fact that the privacy notice has already been shown).
As these are solely settings required to display the site the way you requested, no consent is necessary (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete these entries at any time in your browser settings.
The website assistant answers questions rule-based and entirely inside your browser. No cloud AI is involved — your input is not transmitted, stored or analysed.
